1. About OneNest
OneNest is a parent company that builds a family of digital products designed to create meaningful impact in everyday life. Our current products are MamaCare, a pregnancy support and wellness platform, and LifeAdmin, a personal and household administration platform. These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of any OneNest product (each, a 'Service'). Where a Term applies to a specific product only, this is stated explicitly.
2. Eligibility
To use any OneNest Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian, provide accurate information during registration, and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. MamaCare Medical Disclaimer
MamaCare is intended to provide informational and organisational support only. MamaCare is not a hospital, healthcare provider, clinic, emergency service, or medical practitioner, and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency response, or professional medical advice. All information provided through MamaCare is for educational and informational purposes only. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, pregnancy complications, symptoms, treatment decisions, or emergency situations. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact your doctor, hospital, or local emergency services. Do not delay seeking professional medical care because of information obtained through MamaCare.
4. LifeAdmin Service Description
LifeAdmin is intended to help you organise and keep track of personal and household administration, such as tasks, reminders, schedules, and records you choose to store in the app. LifeAdmin is a convenience and organisational tool only; it does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and OneNest is not responsible for decisions you make based on information you store or manage within LifeAdmin.
5. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information updated, protect your login credentials, and notify OneNest immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. OneNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, across any of its products.
6. Appointments, Reminders, and Tracking
OneNest products may provide appointment reminders, medication reminders, wellness reminders, task and admin reminders, and progress tracking tools. These features are provided for convenience only. OneNest does not guarantee reminder delivery, accuracy of user-entered information, or timeliness of notifications. Users remain responsible for managing their own healthcare, admin, and other schedules and decisions.
7. Community Guidelines
OneNest products may provide community features that allow users to interact with one another. Users must not harass others, share abusive content, post false medical or other information, promote dangerous practices, upload illegal content, or violate the privacy of others. OneNest reserves the right to remove content, suspend users, or terminate accounts that violate community standards.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any information, content, comments, images, or materials you upload to a OneNest product. By submitting content, you grant OneNest a limited licence to store and display the content within the relevant Service and to operate and improve that Service. OneNest will never sell your personal content without your consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. OneNest collects and processes information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect user information; however, no system can guarantee absolute security. By using any OneNest Service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in OneNest and its products — including MamaCare, LifeAdmin, logos, trademarks, software, designs, graphics, and educational content — are owned by OneNest or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of a Service without written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any OneNest Service, interfere with system operations, upload harmful software, use automated tools to extract data, or violate applicable laws. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination.
12. Third-Party Services
OneNest products may contain links, integrations, or references to third-party services. OneNest is not responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneNest, its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for medical outcomes, health complications, admin or financial decisions, user decisions, data loss, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages. Your use of any OneNest Service is at your own discretion and risk.
14. Termination
OneNest may suspend or terminate access to a Service if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or user conduct threatens the safety of the platform or community. Users may discontinue use of a Service at any time.
15. Changes to the Service
OneNest reserves the right to modify features, add new functionality, remove features, or update policies for any of its products without prior notice where necessary.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any OneNest Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from the use of a OneNest product shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
